General Information

Booking

Advanced bookings are necessary for all day spa treatments.  The bathhouse does not require a booking, however we suggest you phone before arriving to confirm availability.

Gift vouchers

Our beautiful day spa vouchers are the perfect gift.  Choose anything from our price list or a dollar amount.  We can arrange vouchers by phone and post them to you or the recipient, or order online now!

Arrival

All day spa treatments include time in the bathhouse.  Please arrive at least one hour prior to treatment for this.  If you will not be using the bathhouse, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.  Allow at least 15 minutes after your treatment before departure.

What to bring

If  you are using the spa and sauna, bring swimwear and 2 towels.  Alternatively you may hire towels here. You may wish to bring a robe and/or pool shoes.

Late arrival

Late arrival will shorten your session. Please arrive early.

Cancellation

We require 24 notice of cancellations.

Children

Ages 12-15 may be accompanied by an adult under certain conditions.  16+ welcome with appropriate behaviour. Also private day spa parties for girls ages 7-18

Groups and Day Spa Parties

Our facility is perfect for groups.  We host wonderful Hen’s Parties, Birthday Parties, Office Parties, Girl’s Parties (ages 7-18) and more.

Holidays

For those on holiday, the best time to visit is at the beginning of your holiday. It is not until you have unwound from the stresses of your life that you can really  make the most of your holiday, so visiting a spa is the best way to start things off.
